Refund policy: This product is non-refundable, and expires after 1 year of payment.

Cancellations and alterations policy: Clients can change or cancel their upcoming session 24 hours before the start time. If client doesn't show up for a meeting for any reason (without prior rescheduling), a half-session penalty will be applied. If Ben misses a session for any reason, he owes the client 45 minutes of coaching on top of the missed session (which will be rescheduled).
