Refund policy: This product is non-refundable, and expires after 1 year of payment. Book your first session within 1 year of registration. 

Cancellations and alterations policy: Clients can change or cancel their upcoming session 24 hours before the start time. If client doesn't show up for a meeting for any reason (without prior rescheduling), a half-session penalty will be applied. If Ben misses a session for any reason, he owes the client 45 minutes of coaching on top of the missed session.

Application Process: If you haven't met with Ben for a discovery call, he will reach out to schedule one with you. If, after that call, it is determined that you are not a good fit for this coaching relationship, you will receive a refund.
